Subject matter and conclusion of the contract
This agreement governs the relationship between the customer and Lazy Dog Press Ltd, henceforth Lazy Dog, from the sending by the Company or on its behalf, an email confirmation and acceptance. Until then, do not rise to any obligation Lazy Dog.
Prices and total cost of the supply
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT and relate only to the cost of products. The final price of delivery will be calculated by adding the cost of shipping and other charges dependent on the method of payment or collateral required to be calculated according to the choices made by the customer when forwarding order.
Lazy Dog is committed to publishing and continuously updates all information concerning the availability of products for sale while reserving the right to vary them at any time and without notice. In the event that an ordered product is not available – or had been mistakenly identified as such – A separate notice will be sent to the customer via email.
Lazy Dog is committed to deliver the products to the address indicated in the order, respecting as far as possible to 5 working days from dispatch of the same.
Lazy Dog will deliver the goods required in a single order with multiple shipments, charging the customer only the cost of the first shipment. They can also deliver the goods in a single solution required by the same customer in different orders, charging the shipping costs to an extent not exceeding that which would have been making a delivery for every single order.
Grounds for shipment or delivery
If, despite the despatch, the physical delivery of the products it becomes impossible for reasons attributable to the customer (eg. In case of incorrect address or non-existent), Lazy Dog will be free not to proceed with the supply, the price net riaccreditandone shipping costs incurred. Lazy Dog is committed to publish on the site any geographical limitations of the service.
Right of withdrawal, refunds and replacements
The customer can withdraw from the contract as soon as possible by returning the products received at Lazy Dog at Via dei Tigli 28 – 37141 Verona – Italy. The exercise of this right is subordinate to, and at the same address within 14 days after delivery of a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer can use for this purpose the appropriate “Notice of return and / or return policy” available on the website www.lazydog.eu. Lazy Dog will refund the cost of goods, while the direct cost of return will be borne by the customer.
The “Notice of return and / or recess” referred to in the preceding paragraph can also be used if they are received damaged or wrong products. In this case the cost of returning and those of returning the substitute goods will be fully supported by Lazy Dog. If the replacement is not possible, Lazy Dog will only have the obligation to credit the customer all monies paid.
Form of communications
All communications relating to the execution of this contract, unless otherwise specified, will be via e-mail. In this regard Lazy Dog will be reached at the email address email@example.com, while the customer will receive the email address stated in the registration, pledging to keep it constantly updated.
Lazy Dog makes no warranties and assumes other responsibilities and obligations except those expressly provided for in this agreement.
All information relating to the description and price of the goods on this site do not constitute contractual offers but merely invitations to offer. Lazy Dog may modify such information, including those related to pricing and availability, without notice, and represent the availability to withdraw from contracts already signed when it is apparent the presence of errors on the site or order.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
To resolve any disputes that may arise in connection with this contract shall be the Court of Milan (subject to the application, where the conditions exist, the rules for the protection of the consumer) and will be resolved in accordance with Italian law.
